Isn't there an autofit option for email in z10 verison 10.2.1.2977? It's sometimes so annoying when there are huge image emails and I have to minimize every time or move right and left to read the entire mail. Also re-sizing makes fonts so smaller that they are unable to read.Is there a way out for this?...........Now if it's not then that's really annoying and I request RIM to please make this immediate change in the next OS update and it is the basic requirement of the user for Blackberry.

I could be wrong but I don't think this feature exists. It's actually one of the reasons I'm using my S4 again instead of my Z10

If you're referring to the "prompt for email image resize" that's actually referring to resizing email image attachments to be sent. The feature OP was looking for is so that emails are automatically zoomed out when emails are displayed (especially helpful for html emails).

Np that's what I originally thought the option you pointed out did as well. It's pretty maddening that a phone which is supposed to have a special emphasis on email doesn't have a fit-to-screen option. Bad enough for me, anyway.

If i'm not mistaken in 10.3 there was an option for this, cause my emails all fitted good when i was running it,

A double tap will resize the email to fit.

Yes a double tap does it though. That feature image prompt is actually for image attachment and that is sometimes misleading. I still believe there should be an automatic resizing option
