Googlemail is only displaying a weeks worth of emails, how do I see all of my emails

SETTINGS > ACCOUNTS > "your account"

At the bottom there should be a Sync Timeframe.. change it from 7 days to whatever option you want. I would avoid the FOREVER option

Hi thanks for the reply I've gone into settings then accounts then into my Google email. I'm then prompted to sync all folders at the top but there is nothing at the bottom to change from 7 days?

When you installed your Gmail account, how did you do it?

Delete the account and go back and install the account and click the Advanced Setup at the bottom of the page where you add a new account. Select Gmail and go through the setup process.
