    Can someone help me out? I can't listen to music thru my ear piece nor headphones. I can't even talk or hear anything when making a call using my head/ear phones. Any help?

    so are your earphones wired with a 3.5mm connection or are they Bluetooth?

    I had some dirt in the input jack last year which caused the problem you are describing. It was preventing the headphones from being completely inserted into the Jack. I used a toothpick to clean it out and have had no trouble since.
