    Quite possible...if it's a bluetooth earpiece check bluetooth options...regardless troubleshoot with BBVE...if all checks out you can then go through associated audio settings on device....call, media, bluetooth etc

    I have this problem too, all working except the earpiece. Can't take calls the "regular way". Help??
