Just got my new dtek60 but can't seem to figure out how to keep the screen from timing out or going black after 30 seconds. I've got the sleep mode set to 10 minutes. Any tips or ideas?

You can find that option under Settings, Display. You have to search for an option referring to timeout, not sleep: if you cannot find it, swipe down from the top of the page and use the search bar.

Hello..go to Settings. Then select Display.
    Then select Sleep.
There you can adjust from min 15 seconds to 30 minutes.

    Good luck

Try a 32 second reboot holding power button down during that time. Simulates a battery pull.

Time it that it is 32 seconds.

    Also appreciate your feedback.

It seems could be some corrupt data. Very odd behaviour. You can also try a Hard reset that clears all data from device. Here is a link.

This could maybe help you start fresh.

    Good luck!

That did it! Factory reset without pulling in any of my previous phones apps or data. Works like a charm now :-)
