    I'm using a Priv and just swapped my wife's Z30 to the Dtek50 but I can't get her messages to show in the Hub. Checked all settings and account permissions, only call logs and text messages show. No Whatsapp, mails or Facebook messages pull through to the hub and they are all ticked along with call logs and text messages...... I just did the most current update from Playstore to see if it would fix it. Any ideas..?

    Do the accounts show up in settings under Accounts?

    Go to HUB, click the three bars on top left, go to Settings and look at the Accounts. Check their settings. If they aren't there... you need to go back and add them there.

    If it's a new phone... .shouldn't lose much doing a Factory Resort and just starting over.
