    Wind Mobile is going to launch LTE network on AWS - 3 spectrum band 66. My question is that DTEK 50 is compatible of that network.

    It doesn't look like it. From the DTEK50 specs:

    Network bands North America and Latin America:
    LTE Advanced, with speeds up to 300 Mbps for data downloads
    FD-LTE 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 12, 17, 20, 29, 30(2100/1900/1800/1700/850/2600/700/700/800/700/2300 MHz)
    HSPA+ 1, 2, 4, 5, 8 (2100/1900/1700/850/900 MHz)
    Quad band GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz)

    I believe the LG V20 is the first phone to support Band 66.
