    Hello try the following let the battery drain completely until your phone shuts down. Then using only the original wall charger that came with your Z10 plug phone into wall after 3 minutes phone and once phone has rebooted remove battery. But leave pluged into charger without battery. Leave phone like this during 5 min and then after inset battery and let it charge fully. Let us know result. Good lick
