So I need someone to figure this out for me, I'm trying to download my bill from last month and much to my surprise it doesn't work, what I mean is it downloads the PDF and then when I go into open it up half of it is missing pages are blank, ie page 1 is gone, page 2 is there and so one. I call TELUS and I won't believe what answer I get........ it's because you own a BlackBerry, if you owned a iPhone it would be more intelligent and it will work. I'm ready to call them back and freak the F out. But first I come here for answers. Cheers.

I get the same problem. Skips odd numbered pages on my Passport

Yes exactly, so that being said, what is causing this? And does it do it on other devices, I own a passport and Z10 didn't think of trying any of them. Do you own a other device

From what I can gather TELUS uses an unsupported PDF format, I did some digging and found this well reviewed app in BlackBerry World called NRS reader, and bingo problem solved. The TELUS download opens flawlessly and pages render correctly and the app is very sharp I must say. Now My question still is can you perform the PDF download on other Blackberrys and or other phones threw adobe Reader??
