    1. I want to download BlackBerry apps. Bar file in my laptop first then I want to install it in BlackBerry.

    There is no wifi? Anyway you could just download chrome and then an extension called blackberry PlayBook (something like that) if you write "blackberry " in the search tab in Chrome store you will find it. Then you need to put your blackberry in developer mode from settings. Last you log in from your chrome browser and drag and drop the bar file you want to install.
