I believe Kevin confirmed that 10.3 will Fix the double typing issue.

It's a hardware issue.
Some of it might be resolved in software by masking double presses.

Someone wrote BlackBerry has designed a new Q10 keywords to resolve it permanently.

I think that for our Q10s, it's already too late... I only hope they solved it for Classic and Passport!
