    Wind uses 1700/2100mhz

    z30 supports 2100Mhz but not 1700

    is it going to work?

    Sta100-5 model will work.

    It's the same model sold by Canadian carrier (Rogers, tells, Bell).

    Although they're not sold anymore.

    Just make sure it's 100-5

    2100 MHz by itself is not the same as 1700/2100. The former is band 1, the latter band 4. A phone with just band 1 may be able to 'sniff' a band 4 network because of some overlap in the downlink frequency, but a band 1 phone should not latch on to a band 4 network.
