I am looking to buy a z30 from shopblackberry. When I go to my cart the total is shown. I am wondering if this total includes tax.
The FAQ's on BB's website say that tax is included unless in Europe. Is this right?

In the US and Canada, tax can vary from state/province to state/province. So until you enter the checkout process, if you're seeing a nice figure like $349.99 then you are not seeing the price with tax.
