    I clicked the security wipe button in settings, from that day its past 1 half day it has not started it took approx 6 hrs to reach 94%, then I read an article to How to reset the via BB Link (Reload device), well i followed the steps and NOTHING HAPPENED. And Reset started from beginning, Please help me in making my Z10 back to normal ?

    And then insert it again, the same thing till the time you don't get error. After
    Error bb10-0015 then connect your phone to pc and turn on the autoloader. And then green light will come and check in the pc.

    It's a very simple process.
    1. Install blackberry link software on your computer.
    2. Connect your device.
    3. It will show some error.
    4. In BlackBerry Link, see the top right corner you can see preferences option.
    5. Click it and choose reload os.
    6. Just chill and have a coffee.
    7. Depending upon your network speed, the process may take some time.
    8. Have an ice cream if it takes too long.
    9. If it works, then have another one as a sign of victory.
