    Dropped Z30 with otter defender case in pool for approx 5 seconds, took out of case, took out sim cards, removed back and placed directly in bag of rice for 3 days. Does not power up but when plugged in a red battery outline symbol with a lightning bolt through it appears and the LED flashed green slowly .. any advice? Is it salvageable?

    Means battery is empty.
    Plug it in for some time and them try to boot it up

    Just leave it plugged in for a while, then press the power button while it's still plugged in.


    See if that works.
