    I just got my Keyone. I tried using my regular micro charger and it doesn't fit. I cannot believe they changed the cord. None of my old plugs work and my little fan that would work with Android or Apple doen't fit either. Is there something wrong with my phone or this is their new charging connection? and if it is, is there an adapter that will allow me to use the micro usb chargers?

    The KEYone uses the newer USB-C standard cable which can be inserted either way and accommodates the higher charging currents used by Quick Chargers.

    You can by Micro USB to USB-C adapters. Aukey is one of the better brands and their products can be purchased from Amazon.

    Yes, the cord for the KEYone has been updated to a modern industry standard - the usb type C.

    What is USB Type-C?

    You can order adapters on Amazon, or other stores.
