    does the z30 work on all pages in both landscape and portrait? My old torch works on all screens either way, I got an s4 and it wont rotate and I hate it!!

    Nope. BB10 doesn't do that. I agree, it is a pain.

    Your S4 can be made to auto-rotate very easily if you're willing to mess around with it some. A number of third party apps can do it. I require that everything on my Android devices auto rotates, so I use xposed framework and a module called app settings to force anything that doesn't automatically rotate to do it. It requires root, but literally EVERYTHING can be forced into landscape with it. Even if the developer doesn't want it too.
