No BlackBerry device has an IR blaster.
For an app like that to work, there must be a hardware on the device to support it, and sadly, no BlackBerry device has an IR blaster. Get the LG G4, Samsung Galaxy S6, or HTC One M9 if you need such functionality.
Oh man, you have to get a super old Nokia device for an ir blaster. Try the N900, that was a favourite of mine.
