I have a Q10 with ATT service. Besides the bump in screen size, does the Classic offer better wifi and lte specs? I need to justify a Classic purchase. Thank you.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't, but if your looking to justify it, drop your q10 on the ground, lol
Will I didn't look up the classic specs yet, but I'm pretty sure that only one difference, if it is applicable, and that is the maximum 4G speed limit which in q10 is 20 mbps while in more advanced BlackBerry devices is up to 80
My advice for you is the following:
If you love your younger brother, hand over the q10 to him as a gift and get your classic otherwise keep it. Q10 specs are generally superior for date

I'm not sure what you mean by 'better.' The Q10 and Classic are both LTE cat. 3 phones. They're both WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n. I guess the one place where the AT&T Classic will edge out the AT&T Q10 will be global LTE compatibility--their Classic has more of the non-US bands, which are nice to have if you're traveling overseas.
What bands and does this mean that q10 is not fully supported.
My carrier is on FDD 1800, TDD 2300 I think, 4G works but not as I expected it to be.

Well, no 2300 MHz in any BB10 phone, and the band 3 is not there in the AT&T Q10. It is listed as being there in the AT&T Classic though.
Is that what you meant by full support?
I guess Classic has slightly better reception because its new antenna.

Classic doesn't have 802.11ac band wifi. They could have added that to give it an upgrade from the Q10. Seems like they only wanted to add the trackpad. Think for the price they are asking for the Classic they could have upgraded it. And then maybe more Q10 users would have bought new phones.
Seems logical to me to build your new phone with incentives to entice people to buy one.
I know for me to get another BlackBerry they'll have to step it up. I love the Z30 but I couldn't buy another one if the next phone was the same or nearly the same.
