I have a large amount of attachments on my phone and can't seem to delete them, with individually or all at once.

You can't strip a message of its attachment.

You might want to consider deleting the message from Hub only. Or try forwarding these messages to yourself and stripping the attachment before you hit send. You'll have to do this one by one, for each message.

    raino is correct.

Essentially, the "Attachments" tab is a filter that shows all the attachments from your email messages in one place. I find this very convenient.
