The app you're showing is Theme Builder by Toysoft. But the weather part you're referring to is Visual Arts, also by Toysoft.

I just checked it out, do you think its worth buying it, for the weather, id like to know if its accurate

I don't own Visual Arts. It's got great reviews though. I don't know where the weather info is pulled from. I did note a couple references to inaccurate weather in Moscow and an unspecified Chinese city in those reviews.

I have the Power Tools app (Toysoft) that also has this weather function built into it. It shows accurate weather info for me in the US. I would assume the sources the same but that's only speculation.

Do I think it's worth it? Absolutely. But check out the reviews and decide for yourself. Looks as though the most frequent complaint refers to the limitations of the BB10 OS. That of displaying the wallpaper change confirmation.

Yeah I knew that, thats not a prob for me, it does it when the weather updates, I have a simillar app called home screen plus, but this one by toysoft seems to be better

I have that app as well. I still toy around with it now and then. I'm always switching it up though.
