I bought nova 3 last year, ive been trying to contact em since and I cant get in touch, the game doesnt appear anymore In my app world part of my world, I never got a notice or refund, and when im able to find it it says unavailable for this device. Thank u.

At the very bottom of the page you can click no. Where it says " was this helpful " and then you'll see a contact form as an option.

I saw it, and its asking me for a recive number that I dont have and others things I cant see like the version of the game, since I dont have it I cant see, so these ****ers do that so u cant contact em, I sent an email and the email is a computer that is not helpful and sends u to the website

I'm not sure but if they take the app down from the app store I don't think they have to give you a refund

Other than that I don't know what you could do. Unless someone knows a direct line to customer service. I also purchased this app so that's why I'm helping you out. It really is a terrible business practice...

Yeah man its terrible because no notification about it, no refund, it doesnt affect me, its not much money, money comes and goes, its a matter of resepct.

Think it was the game engine that Gameloft and others were using.... they stopped supporting BB10 due to a lack of developer support.
And the developers just weren't seen enough of a return to stick with BB10
There are still plenty of Gameloft games posted. Why is Nova one of the few games they pulled ?

Idk and I tried that BlackBerry support, they said its not their responsability to refund because the gave developers removed the game
