    I have a Q5 and a small monthly data plan which I manage to just stay under by a few megs each month with my browsing habits. If I were to use a Z30 or Passport and browse the same sites etc, would I use more data due to their screens being larger and displaying more information?

    Most likely not, unless due to the larger screen, you switch to downloading the full desktop version of the site instead of the mobile version.

    Or you start streaming videos more because you can enjoy them better...

    I switch between the Q10 and Z30 and don't notice anything different in data usage.
