    I currently have a Passport SE it is haveing some challenges and a new one isnt in the budget just yet. My service proider has made me a very good offer on a Samsung Galaxy S7 that I could use until I can get a new Passport SE. But I dont want to lose my current custom pin when I switch; will I?

    First off, welcome to CrackBerry!

    No you won't lose your custom PIN. It follows your BBID when you switch devices.

    I can say this from experience as I first had my custom BBM PIN on my Z30. Since then I switched to my first Priv, then a loaner Note 3, then my new Priv. The custom PIN followed perfectly.
