    BB-Z-10 i haven't upgraded since 10.1.0.2039. Do I go directly to 10.2.1.2976 or need to somehow do upgrades between the two?

    Is this upgrade a good one, or cause problems?

    Wow. You haven't upgraded in awhile, huh?

    I believe you can directly upgrade and believe me, you will be amazed at the difference.

    Anyone have any reason he shouldn't do this? I can't think of any.

    Guest and foremost, create a custom backup (select everything) using link.

    I recommend using contacts imex to backup your contacts to a vcf file, just in case..

    Also, make sure you have a few gbs free on your device storage.
    I've had a couple of ota upgrades go wrong (soft brick the device) due to lack of storage space on 10.1.
