No point me searching if I don't know what I'm looking for. New to this tried all links. After pressing save in downloads on my Q10 I just get a blank screen. Again excuse my ignorance. But asked for help not sarcasm.

You can get the update without a computer, by downloading the OS with your device. The question I'm assuming you mean to ask is whether or not you can INSTALL an OS without a computer. Unless you are receiving an update over the air, you can not install a BlackBerry OS without a computer.
Thanks that was the question I was asking. Sorry again for any confusion. I'm new to this and some of the links just seem like double dutch to me.
