    When I go into BB app world on my pc, I see an update for an app. However, when I go into app world on my phone, I cannot update.

    Did you check if they removed your device for the new version or upped the minimum OS?

    Sometimes it takes a short time for updates to show on all phones. Usually no more than 24 hours

    It was updated last Thursday in app world. Could see it when accessing by pc. Could not see it when accessing through my BB world app on phone.
