So I can't get the device switch app to work from a Z10 to a Z30. I've tried over wi-fi, I tried saving to the media card, I've read it on it and I can't seem to find out why it always stops with two contacts left to switch or save and it just hangs forever. Anyone have the same issue or a solution? I tried BlackBerry Link once and it didn't work but I haven't tried again so maybe I'll try again to use that. Some background, I'm in the US on Verizon, Z10 is on a 10.3.1 "official" Rogers build but obviously not Verizon official, and the Z30 is on Verizon's 10.2.1 build. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

A workaround could be to exclude contacts in device switch, make a backup of the contacts and restore them?

Don't know if that will work as I don't do device switches nor local backups.

Well that was a good idea, but now sms is just hung up backing up. I feel like each one I un-check the next one will hang up.

I'm having same issue on wife's z10 to leap swap. Anybody solve this yet? Cause Blackberry Link swap doesn't work either(says no data to transfer or something) Ive done resets, updates, etc. Nothing.
