    Can anybody tell me how I can find my device's (priv) serial number?

    On the box I can find these numbers: imei, bt mac, model, fcc id, plus one extra barcode and another number right below the android os release.

    Any idea if this fcc id thing or the barcode might be the serial nimber?

    If the device is in Beta you can go into your profile and select edit.

    Your Device Identifier
    - 6.0/7.0 Devices: Select Options > Device > Device and Status Information > PIN
    - BlackBerry 10: Select Settings > About > Hardware > PIN
    - Android OS by BlackBerry: Settings > About > Status > Serial Number
    ########## <---will be your Serial number

    I have an issue with my priv. I contacted BlackBerry help on twitter and they told me that in order to proceed they needed some info about my device usage and some details: imei,sn name,time zone,email,contact number and model number.
    So I guess they need them both(?) I'm waiting their response..
