    Is anyone have ever faced like this??

    When I delete any music file or video clip from my sd card, the file actually won't go from that folder. It still shows its presence in the folder and when I tap to play it, I get error like unable to play this media file. Please advise

    I have z10 with vodafone Carrier. India

    That shouldn't happen. Did you encrypt the card?

    Hi jaydee,

    No I didn't do that. I just deleted some music files from my sd card and found out it still exist there but I could not open just because I deleted

    Did you format the micro SD card before you stored music in it? Not sure if that caused the problem.

    Seems like the indexing did not do its job properly and now you are seeing the cached files.... reset your phone out take out your SD card and insert it again

    I am having the same issue. Cannot delete files, cannot save pictures. I can modify files from computer. Do I have have Re format SD card?

    I had this problem and it was faulty card. Had to get a new one after troubleshooting multiple ways...
