Hi, After security wipe most of the default apps gone missing like file manager,music, video and etc. Is that possible if i install new software release 10.3.2.2474. Could any one please help me out.

What was your reason for the security wipe? Unless you are not planning to use it (giving it away, trading it in) there's no need to do a wipe.
Just update to the latest OS10.3.3.2163. It's also the most stable. Use an autoloader (which does a wipe before installing the upgrade.

The only secure way to install is by downloading to your home computer and installing to your mobile device with a USB cable.
