    I have a Blackberry Z10. I encrypted my memory card in 10.2 OS and now it got upgraded to 10.3 OS. I tried decrypting it but there is always an error telling : "Encryption process was encrypted.Please contact administrator for support".
    After this update i am not able to store anything onto my memory card or delete anything from it. I am able to access all the files present in it when it is present in my phone or when i remove it and put it in my laptop. But Problem is I am not able to add or delete any file. I tried formatting from phone as well as from lappy but nothing worked.
    Please help me out with it , where even formatting my card will do. I just need my memory card to work.

    connect to your pc ,you will see y drive and z drive ,copy whatever you need on your pc and buy another sd card then copy your files the same way to the new sd card

    I don't think there is something wrong with my memory card. I just need to know is there any possibility of decrypting my memory card back.

    save everything and try to format the sd card with a different pc
