    My Passport has BSNL carrier(India) and if I use WiFi the data services are active but if I turn off WiFi and connect thru 4G/3G/2G I only get message of connected to "Voice" only. The net is not connected. I have done the APN settings as per the provider but sometimes I get net connected for a few minutes only. Is this the issue related to the OS 10.3.1.1565 ? Also, when I put the User name as BSNL under the APN settings and save it and restart the handset I get data connection connected for a few minutes and if I check the User name in APN settings it is blank.
    Please help me to sort out this problem! !
