So I understand that it is important to update your apps for security reasons blah blah.
but this frequent update notification of apps is driving me nuts!
i try to update my apps every night as soon as i get a notice.
but updates results in abnormally fast battery drains and I run out of juice before the day ends!
how are you guys managing this?
do you skip update notices and wait till like 20+ app needs to be updated?
my work depends on my phone and i can't have app updates break my battery usage stamina!

I just chill out and do updates maybe every 10 weeks as a batch, at home on the WiFi and on charge while I'm not using the device (e.g. I'm in the bath or watching the television, or whatever).

Do not know what phone you are using if it is a android you can>
Queue cellular data> settings>data usage,
Settings>google>data management>upadte drive-enabled app files over wifi only. This will work if you are using mostly cellular data at work.
The above comes from the Priv maybe same in other android phones.
If you are using a BB10 phone likely something similar in settings.
