    I have two questions regarding the bb10 os.
    First is the BlackBerry assistant. On most of my phones, I have no speech by the assistant. She used to ask "what would you like to do?". Now I just get a beep. I first thought that this was do to device memory being used up, but I have used less than half of the memory on my Passport SE and am having the same experience. Any thoughts?

    The other issue is regarding movies downloaded from BlackBerry World. I have a lot of movies on my Q10 and would really like to move them to my Z30. Unfortunately the time to download them to another device has come and gone. If I switch devices, will the license transfer from one phone to another? If not, is there a way to move the license from one phone to another with file manager or some other app...

    I don't use my BlackBerry anymore so I can't address the assistant but as for the movies, if you move them from one place to a other they won't work.
