[CrackBerry Question]

Since upgrading to 10.3.1.2243 my contacts are in a mess. Different picture to a name and also a different email address and telephone numbers.

Advice appreciated.

Short answer: Contacts app suck big time. Favorite rant for me.

Advice: Try and see if your source (exchange account, iCloud, outlook, etc.) is not corrupted. You have to do this via a web browser or an app in your computer (like Contacts for Mac or Outlook for windows.) Most probably is that it's not. If those 'sources' are not corrupted you will have to delete every contacts account on your BlackBerry and re-add them one by one.

Next advice is to use an app for contact backup so when you upgrade the OS you're covered.

Thanks. The mismatch came before any sync with outlook contacts. Surely there must be an easier way than retyping each one individually (I have hundreds of them)

Sorry I wasn't clear enough....

You just have to add the account for contacts! ie your outlook account or icloud account; i didn't mean every contact...
