    My old phone is BlackBerry Torch and in that phone I can back-up my contacts in the BlackBerry cloud like apple, now I have bb10, so can I do the same thing in this phone...plz help

    You would have to create a restore file of your BlackBerry using BlackBerry Link.
    Or u could download an app that backs up your contacts. Right now Max Contact Manager is free on the BBW birthday promotion. The app Ultimate Backup is also a great solution for backing up a bunch of things without BlackBerry Link.
