    Hi everyone I need your help here.

    Every time I connect my BlackBerry Leap to my PC (surface) it is successful at first and I can access the files on my phone from computer and BlackBerry Link is connected BUT very soon after that, like one or a few minutes the connection is limited, meaning though it does not show disconnected I can no longer access file from PC and maybe because of this backup using link is never completed, even quick backup. I tried using a different USB cable but it doesn't work.

    Anyone with similar problem or has a solution for this? Thanks
