    i connect my q10 to the computer and it connects only for charging but the computer dosent recognize the device and the sd for the card for the files etc. and neither the bb link recognizes the device, which in the past it did

    On your device, go to Settings, Storage and Access, and make sure your USB Connection is selected to either Windows - if you're using a pc.
