    compass not run although i calibrate very much of times, rom os 10.3.2, how can do i do with it?

    Test with BlackBerry Virtual Expert.

    Rule out software by reinstalling your OS for scratch and then testing without any other software (love that Android has a safe mode).

    If it still doesn't work, you could try a different version of BB10 from the one you have.

    Still doesn't work, face the reality that it's a hardware issue.... live with it or buy a new phone.
