    This is really weird but on my unlock screen right under the time there is a comma and colon like this...

    I've tried restarting and rebooting phone but it's still there. Does anybody else have this problem or the solution?

    What do you have under Settings -> Notifications -> Lock Screen Settings -> Lock Screen Message?
