[CrackBerry Question]

Phone is fully charged yet is powering off and will not turn back on unless I have it on charge . can not make calls or compose email before it just shuts itself off

Weird. You might want to consider sending it for repair: I've had one for 1.5 years and never anything even remotely close.

The fact that it won't operate unless plugged in suggests either a bum battery or wiring issues from the battery.
Plug it in, back it up and send it off for repair.

Do a BlackBerry link backup, and restore phone to factory settings.

Make sure you log out of BlackBerry Protect prior to factory reset.

And write down your BlackBerry ID prior factory reset cos you're going to need it to sign back in after reset.
