    I have just upgraded from a Blackberry Bold 9000 to a 9900 and emails don't work on my new device although my wifi works fine. I want to check that my POP and SMTP settings and passwords are OK but when I click on Options>Email Accounts, nothing happens and the folder doesn't open. Any suggestions, anyone?

    Hi. Did you do a device switch or just add the accounts?
