I looked around a lot when I wanted to unlock my Z30.

Costs $24.99 there I think. Couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else.

You mean for AT&T, right? Depending on where you're buying it from (ShopBlackBerry, Verizon, etc,) the phone may already come unlocked.
