I have a bb curve 9320. I've selected the 'save chats' option and have been using bbm for over a week. Yet when I go into 'view chat history' it only displays the chats from 3 days ago. It doesn't show the dates or the chats o had more than 3 days ago!

What do I do to fix this?
How do I retrieve the chat history from 2weeks back? (I clearly selected 'save chat' option!)
And how do prevent this problem occuring again?

Btw I'm not low on memory. I've selected 'device' as the place where chats will be saved

Are you talking about individual chats or groups , Groups you have to go into the settings to change how long to keep,
