At what percentage is the battery at there?

That is the shape the battery icon takes when the phone is fully charged... but well, the battery doesn't seem full there.

Is there a yellow lightening bolt flashing by it? Means it's charging.

Actually it is when the phone is plugged in to charger. It wouldn't show even if you charging from usb.

You're likely using an under-rated charger (mA). Check the charger to see what its max current rating is.

Is it supposed to show with the charger that comes with the Playbook?

Now I just understand your post when read it again. It is suppose to show this icon when charging as it mean the device is plugged to changer. Nothing wrong with your device.

As long as you're getting a flashing (yellow lightning bolt) symbol along with those two lines then everything is fine. If you only get the two lines (and no yellow bolt symbol) then it means the charger is providing just enough power to not use up battery, but will not charge it up (or if it does it will be very slowly and only when the screen is off).

Okay. I see the bolt while it's charging. Once the battery is full, the bolt disappears and then the lines appear.
