Chance of getting Official Blackberry OS Update 10.3.1.xxxx before christmas ?

I really hope blackberry is doing the right step and release the
Official 10.3.1 for all devices before christmas !

If they did not, i and others turn their back to other technology !

What a HOLY CRAP with BBs CHRISTMAS commercial activity.
For christmas many of us thinking to buy newer phones, with
a official release BB could hold some of us !

The BBs new "Classic" is classic at the specs, too... i will never
buy such a old piece of hardware.

If you did a search or read through one of the many threads on this, you would know what the release date is...
