    Can someone give me a step by step to downgrade my Blackberry Z10 from OS 10.2.1.2977 to 10.2.1.1925 or 2102. I can not get my camera, video anything to work since upgrading to 2977 and after 2 hours on the phone with Blackberry, neither can they.

    Something must have happened while updating. Don't go back to an ancient OS.

    Run an autoloader for the latest 10.2.2.1531, then do a security wipe.

    You will lose your data, so backup what you can to your sd card or the cloud.

    Don't do a backup/restore with Link, as there may be something corrupted there. Just start clean again.
