    How can I keep the data cellular option stay on after turning the phone (priv) off and on??
    Seems after the Dec update that option stays in the off position when turning the phone off and on again

    I'm curious. I haven't turned off a phone in years.

    As far as the issue is concerned, you can either wait for the next update to see if a kick in the pants will set it straight, or do a factory reset.
