    When I check for updates on Z10 it says that I have the latest version but I have 10.2.1.2979 any ideas how to get the latest software?

    Use Sachesi software find it from Google download it obviously it will works.
    I was also frustrated to update my software but after getting this app I download latest OS in BlackBerry Z10.
    You can see my update in the attach pic
